Although Booked.net displayed this hotel as being five star, and therefore convincing me the price was acceptable, i found out upon arrival that is was only a four star, making the price of this hotel in Bangkok unacceptable. Otherwise it was fine, but Booked.net for the first time overcharged me.

A hidden gem in the city

Woke up to a peaceful morning with my spacious balcony overlooking the greenery. The staff was not only attentive but also graciously accommodated all my requests.

I faced some inconvenience with the shower's water spillage. The absence of a curtain made it tricky to keep the bathroom dry.

The breakfast have no varieties. There is no cheese at all, the juices are not fresh. There is no low fat fresh milk. The breakfast should be at least untill 11:00 am.

Very comfortable,clean,modern and excellent staff. Prices were competitive with surrounding hotels. My flight home was canceled and the manager was very helpful and considerate even when power was lost in the hotel due to the actions of the red shirt demonstrations. Will consider using this hotel again as have been a frequent visitor to Thailand.

Clean and spacious rooms with a nice view.

I stayed in a shabby room that had cockroaches. When I called for assistance, the staff's attitude was appalling and dismissive. Even though they eventually moved me to a different room, it was still infested with flies and had plumbing issues. I felt completely disregarded as a guest, and the lack of apologies from management made it even worse.

Great location. Excellent room.

The should speak more english. Some times it was difficult to comunicate.

We have heard that the location is not suitable for families. This is understandable, but since taxis are so cheap and skytrain is close by this should not be a big issue for most. The staff is absolutely sensational! We were sad to leave since the staff tried (and did) relieve any worries we may have had. Our kids even scratched the wall a little.. The response was "don't worry about it, enjoy your vacation". My only concern is that my warm recommendations will make it harder or more expensive next time I want to check in at this excellent hotel!

The location is a little dubious, but it is far outweighed by all the good things.

Swimming pool good for relaxing. Large room with flat screen tv.

Treadmills belts slip in the gym after a few minutes if you want to run. Could have some better equipment in there.

The room was to a really high standard. The bed was the most comfortable we had in Thailand. Rooms were really modern and spotless clean. Complimentary water and sodas in the fridge. 5 min walk to skytrain.

Did not find the staff very friendly or helpful compared with other hotels we stayed in Thailand. Also no free Wifi or breakfast included in rate which was the case in other hotels of the same standard. surrounding bars were a bit seedy.
